Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative Pay: $17-$19 per hour + commission

Full-time and Part-time Opportunities | Paid Training Sparta Networking is hiring Customer Service Representatives to help callers explore vacation packages, make reservations, and manage existing bookings. You'll answer questions, explain available options, and help customers choose a package that fits their travel plans. This inbound phone position combines customer service with sales. You should be comfortable recommending services, offering relevant upgrades, and asking customers to complete a booking. Previous travel experience isn't required-we provide paid training. - Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 9 AM-4 PM
- Evening Shift: Monday-Friday, 3 PM-10 PM
- Weekend Schedule: Saturday-Tuesday, 9 AM-6 PM
- Part-time: Saturday and Sunday, 9 AM-6 PM
- Answer incoming calls about vacation packages and reservations.
- Explain package details, travel dates, pricing, and promotions.
- Recommend options based on each customer's needs.
- Help customers purchase packages and complete bookings.
- Offer upgrades or additional services when appropriate.
- Update reservations and customer account information.
- Enter booking details accurately and document conversations.
- Address routine questions with friendly, professional service.
- $17-$19 per hour plus commission opportunities
