Registered Nurse (RN) Interventional Radiology

Pay Range: $34.00 - $51.00. Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Multispecialty Care team in Springfield, IL. Ideal candidates are patient‑focused, mission‑driven caregivers who apply clinical knowledge to coordinate and perform hands‑on acute patient care at the bedside. Position Specifics Department: Interventional Radiology Core Function: Nursing Schedule: Daytime, 40hrs/week, Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:00 Facility: St. John’s Hospital Location: Springfield, IL Responsibilities Providing high‑quality medical care and coordinated acute patient care at the bedside. Offering compassionate presence and healing touch to patients and their families during joyous, stressful, and uncertain times. Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Education & Qualifications Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required. Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing is preferred. Experience & Certifications Critical Care Nursing experience preferred. Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice required. Wisconsin: RN may practice with valid multi‑state RN license under the Nurse Licensure Compact. Basic Life Support (BLS) required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required based on specialty. Specialty certifications such as Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) and Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) preferred. Weekly Hours 40 hours per week.
