Data Product Manager

About the Role WCT is seeking a seasoned Data Product Manager to lead the development of data-driven products in a digital banking environment. You’ll define product constructs, manage roadmaps, and ensure compliance across business, tech, and financial domains. What You’ll Do Own product strategy and roadmap execution with measurable outcomes. Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, compliance, and marketing. Integrate regulatory and compliance requirements into product design. Translate complex problems into actionable insights with transparency. Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders. What You Bring Proven experience in Product & Project Management. Deep understanding of banking, data privacy, and financial compliance. Strong data literacy: SQL, APIs, ingestion pipelines, and analysis. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Basic programming knowledge (Python, JSON/XML). Experience working with data engineering and analytics teams. Compensation / Salary Range The typical pay range for this role is: USD $85000/Yearly - $95000/Yearly. Factors that may affect pay within or outside of this range may include but not limited to geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
