Contract Administrator

IES Commercial Inc dba IES Electrical is looking for a full-time Contract Admin to join our Holdrege, NE office. Company growing, low turnover.


This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or work authorization support. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future need for employer sponsorship.

Job Summary

• Review and administer construction contracts
• Ensure compliance with contract terms
• Assist with document preparation
• Maintain organized, accurate and audit-ready contract documentation
• Monitor insurance certificates, bonds, and lien waivers for compliance requirements
• Follow company processes and procedures
• Other projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years recent related experience or education
• Experience in construction company helpful but not required
• Reliable data entry skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail and accuracy
• Positive attitude with ability to communicate and maintain strict confidentiality as needed
• Proficient computer and Microsoft Office program skills including Excel
• Experience with Bluebeam helpful but not required
• Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check and drug test
