Our Client, an innovator in women's health, seeks a Mechanical Engineer in Newark, DE. Bring your Mechanical/Electrical Engineering degree, 2+ years' experience, and GMP/ISO expertise to advance medical technologies and empower healthier lives daily!

responsibilities:

Design and maintain quality assurance protocols to inspect production processes and ensure Our Client's compliance with GMP, ISO, and Six Sigma standards.
Lead complex quality improvement projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency, reduce waste, and positively impact product quality.
Manage critical quality workflows, including CAPA, MRB, SCAR, and moderate to complex engineering change orders (ECOs).
Participate in design reviews alongside R&D and manufacturing teams to resolve issues, validate production methods, and train staff on quality systems.
Ensure ongoing regulatory compliance by leading facility and supplier audits, as well as Notified Body and FDA inspections.
