YOUR ROLE AS A HOME IMPROVEMENT PROCUREMENT COORDINATOR

As a Home Improvement Procurement Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of one-day bath installation projects at Calm Water and Bath. Your day will include recruiting, vetting, and onboarding installation crews, as well as coordinating their work schedules and ensuring they have the necessary materials and equipment. You will oversee warehouse organization and inventory accuracy, handle procurement of materials, and manage relationships with vendors to align purchasing decisions with project requirements and margin goals. In addition, you will be responsible for scheduling installations, maintaining clear communication with homeowners, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout each project. You will coordinate the collection of final payments, close out completed jobs, and track job costs to support accurate financial reporting and operational efficiency.

YOUR SCHEDULE AS A HOME IMPROVEMENT PROCUREMENT COORDINATOR

This is a full-time, onsite position. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm .

REQUIREMENTS FOR A HOME IMPROVEMENT PROCUREMENT COORDINATOR

• Experience in construction, home improvement, or production operations
• Strong skills in scheduling, purchasing, or logistics
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and timelines
• Experience working with installers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Proficient with CRM, spreadsheets, and operational systems
• Ownership and accountability
• Attention to detail, calm problem-solving skills, and clear communication skills
• Integrity with people and finances
