· As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to help grow our business and strengthen our presence in the luxury residential construction market.

Position Overview

· The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new business, building and maintaining relationships with custom homebuilders and industry professionals, and driving revenue growth throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area.

· This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and making a direct impact on a growing organization. With an experienced leadership team, established operational processes, and dedicated internal support, the right individual will have the resources to focus on what they do best: developing relationships and generating sales.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the luxury custom residential construction market.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with custom homebuilders, architects, designers, contractors, and other industry professionals.

· Generate new leads through proactive business development, networking, referrals, and industry involvement.

· Manage customer relationships throughout the sales process, from initial opportunity identification through closing.

· Collaborate with internal estimating and operations teams to develop proposals, coordinate project requirements, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

· Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities and consistently work toward established sales and revenue goals.

· Represent this company at relevant industry events, associations, and networking opportunities.

· Develop a strong understanding of the company's product offerings and communicate their features, benefits, and value to customers.

· Work closely with leadership to identify market opportunities and support the company's long-term growth strategy.

Qualifications

· Previous sales experience in windows, doors, building products, or a related construction industry preferred.

· Experience working with custom homebuilders, architects, designers, or luxury residential construction professionals highly desirable.

· Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and business development skills.

· Demonstrated sales aptitude with the ability to identify opportunities and independently generate new business.

· Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.

· Ability to manage multiple customer relationships and opportunities simultaneously.

· Comfortable collaborating with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

· Familiarity with the Phoenix/Scottsdale luxury homebuilding market preferred but not required.

· Candidates with relevant industry knowledge and strong sales potential are encouraged to apply, even without direct window and door experience.
