LTL and FTL Logistics Sales Executives & Account Managers
Location: Dallas/Ft Worth, TX
Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
Capital Professionals is partnering with a rapidly growing 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) company that's expanding their Sales teams. We're looking for driven, motivated individuals who want to build a career in logistics and supply chain. Experience is a plus-but a strong work ethic, great attitude, and desire to succeed matter most.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Build and manage relationships with shippers and carriers
- Understand client shipping needs and provide freight quotes
- Book shipments, coordinate pickups/deliveries, and track progress
- Communicate with clients and solve problems on the fly
- Keep CRM and records up to date
- Close deals and grow your client base

- Logistics/supply chain knowledge (helpful, not required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Quick thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Negotiation skills and a sales-driven attitude
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
