Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – Part-Time Per Diem
Assisting Hands Central Milwaukee is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team on a part-time, per diem basis . This position is ideal for an experienced RN who enjoys a combination of hands-on clinical nursing, client assessments, care coordination, caregiver supervision, and administrative responsibilities .

The RN Supervisor will oversee client care services and caregiver personnel while helping ensure that clients receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.

Position Details

• Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor
• Job Type: Part-Time, Per Diem
• Pay: $45.00 per hour
• Mileage: $0.45 per mile
• Service Area: Cudahy, St. Francis, Oak Creek, and Southern Milwaukee
• Schedule: Per diem / as needed

Responsibilities

• Perform client assessments and evaluate clients' care needs.
• Develop and update individualized client care plans .
• Coordinate client care with families, caregivers, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team.
• Train, coordinate, and supervise caregiver staff .
• Monitor client care and review caregiver progress notes.
• Conduct in-home visits with clients and families.
• Perform physical assessments as needed.
• Ensure client and employee records are complete and compliant with applicable requirements.
• Help maintain regulatory and documentation compliance.
• Provide guidance and support to caregivers regarding client care needs.
• Work closely with the owner and management team to assess and address the overall clinical and operational needs of the business.
• Support the delivery of safe, consistent, and high-quality home care services.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• No current disciplinary actions against the RN license.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Minimum of 1 year of home care experience .
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing supervisory experience .
• Strong clinical assessment and nursing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable conducting client and family visits in the community.
• Must be able to travel to Cudahy, St. Francis, Oak Creek, and Southern Milwaukee .
