Marketing Data Analyst

Responsibilities Act as a conduit between media, data infrastructure, data sciences, and marketing teams Supports formalization of goal setting and success measurement process for campaigns and digital projects Utilizes and optimizes marketing dashboards and data models Presents recommendations based on data analyses Supports data integrity, data accuracy, and testing processes Partners with internal and vendor support teams to report and resolve data/campaign discrepancies Advocates for data and analytics needs in markets and countries Requirements Strong analytical thinking, adept at technical analysis, and skilled in handling data Quick to learn and apply new analytical techniques, with a foundational grasp of research methodology Proficient in Excel, Access, statistical analysis, and financial modeling Growing business acumen and technical expertise specific to the role Effective verbal and written communication abilities Basic understanding of project management principles Familiarity with Power BI is required, along with proficiency in SQL Server and MySQL; Knowledge of data warehousing, data mining, and data mapping is also advantageous Ability to work on multiple, large, time sensitive projects or work streams; Able to identify emerging trends from market and industry data, and help with clear and compelling new business recommendations Compensation and Benefits The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
