Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to devise personalized therapeutic strategies that address the unique needs of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Engage actively in case consultations with multidisciplinary teams, sharing insights and collaborating on comprehensive care plans to improve client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and meticulous clinical documentation while adhering to ethical and legal standards pertinent to mental health practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload capacity.
