VitalCore Health Strategies (VCHS), an industry leader in Correctional Health Care has an opening for a Full-Time Clinical Director in our Sex Offender Treatment Program at the Massachusetts Treatment Center in Bridgewater, MA. You must be a licensed psychologist to be considered for this position.

CLINICAL DIRECTOR POSITION SUMMARY

The Clinical Director assists the Director of Sex Offense-Specific Program Services in monitoring all aspects of sex offense specific treatment (SOT) services at the Massachusetts Treatment Center (MTC). This position has authority, responsibility, and accountability for effecting and monitoring SOT services both at the MTC and all other sites at which SOT services are offered. This position coordinates effective administration of SOT services as further described below and provides administrative guidance and support to site SOT staff, reporting to the Director of Sex Offense Specific Program Services.
