Location: 20 Westwood Medical Park, Bluefield, VA 24605 Facility: Nursing home Shift: 7pm – 7am (Three days in a week that includes EOW) Contract: 9 weeks Pay rate: $40/hr on W2 Start: ASAP

Requirements:
- State LPN license
- BLS/CPR preferred
- Min 1 -2 year of LPN experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred.
- Duties include taking Vitals, assisting with ADL’s, transportation, Medicine administration and reminders, Assisting RN’s.
- Care/Rehab or Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.
