Provide leadership and operational management within a busy retail pharmacy setting, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while delivering exceptional customer care. Responsibilities:

• Cultivate strong collaboration with store operations and pharmacy teams to promote engagement and communicate company strategy.
• Verify prescription accuracy via Drug Utilization Review and final quality assurance aligned with regulatory standards.
• Drive pharmacy profitability and script growth by implementing clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
• Coordinate inventory management, including forecasting and ordering stock to meet customer demand efficiently.
• Align departmental performance with key metrics to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Deliver pharmaceutical counseling and resolve medical-related customer inquiries to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Supervise pharmacists, technicians, and support staff including training, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure the security and compliance of the pharmacy environment.
• Engage with healthcare providers to clarify prescriptions and resolve pharmaceutical issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the pharmacy department.
• Manage daily pharmacy tasks including cycle counts, inventory control, and customer will-calls for smooth workflow.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree.
• Possess a current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License.
• Hold a valid Pennsylvania Immunization License.
