Senior Member Service Center Representative, Bilingual - English/Spanish

Responsibilities Provide an exceptional member experience to existing members and potential members through various communication channels Perform all MSC operational duties including loan log reviews and ordering office supplies Respond to inquiries from members and resolve issues Coordinate and schedule member appointments Act as the first escalation point for all Member Service Center Representatives Coach and mentor MSC staff to achieve goals Support members with digital branch products Guide members through online loan application process Recommend appropriate solutions to meet member needs Maintain knowledge of all credit union products and services Responsible for daily member support of electronic banking products/services Provide troubleshooting support for technical issues Requirements High School diploma or equivalent One to three years’ prior banking experience Strong knowledge of Credit Union products and services Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport, both orally and in writing Excellent member service, active listening, and attention to detail skills Strong time management, organizational, problem solving, and adaptability skills Comfortable with technology and working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel Ability to work a rotating schedule of Monday through Saturday Must be registered with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
