Resident Service Assistant

Pay Rate = $18.50 per Hour

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for supporting operational and administrative efforts as needed.

Essential Functions:

Mail and package handling

• Accepting and logging all incoming mail, packages, and deliveries from various carriers like USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
• Notifying residents when packages or registered mail have arrived.
• Distributing mail and packages to the correct recipients or storing them in a secure package room.
• Researching and rerouting unidentified packages.
• Conduct regular audits of the package room to ensure inventory is accurate.

Concierge and resident services

• Valet resident and guest vehicles
• Greeting and providing a friendly, welcoming presence to all residents, guests, and vendors.
• Monitoring lobby traffic and managing building access for visitors and contractors.
• Answering resident inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Coordinating with building management and maintenance teams to log and resolve resident requests.
• And other tasks assigned by the Director

Building security and safety

• Conducting regular patrols of the building to ensure vehicle parking is accurate
• Monitoring surveillance cameras while covering for the receptionist
• Ensuring only authorized vehicles can access the building's parking lot reserved spaces.
• Reporting any suspicious activity or maintenance issues to the appropriate management.
• Handling keys and managing a sign-in/sign-out log for new residents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Language Skills: Acceptable proficiency in English to perform job duties, communicate with supervisor and other employees, and respond and communicate to emergency situations.

Driving Requirements: Does this job require the ability and license to drive an automobile? X Yes No
