Mental Health Therapist (LICSW, LP, LMFT, LPCC) - Hiring Bonus Available! Location: Princeton, MN Job Type: Full-time or Part-time Pay Range: $75,000 - $105,000 per year Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 annually for master's-level clinicians; $90,000 - $105,000 for doctoral-level clinicians (DOE) About the Role You will deliver high-quality psychotherapy and mental health services to adults experiencing diverse mental health challenges, including: Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) Depression and anxiety Substance use disorders Cognitive decline and dementia Complex medical and psychosocial issues Clinical service will be provided in settings such as: Long-term care facilities Assisted and independent living communities Group homes Transitional care units Board and care residences Key Responsibilities Conduct initial mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide evidence-based therapy and mental health interventions. Travel to various medical and community settings to reach clients who may have barriers to accessing traditional in-office care. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers, and other healthcare professionals. Monitor clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. What We're Looking For Master's or Doctoral degree (PsyD or PhD) in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field. Active Minnesota license as an LICSW, LP, LMFT, or LPCC. Strong clinical skills and a passion for working with diverse and older populations. Commitment to culturally responsive care and integrated health models. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
