• Outpatient-only position with no call requirements
• Monday - Friday schedule, 8 am - 5 pm
• Well-established practice with a high-volume, dynamic environment
• Supervise and mentor advanced practice providers including PAs and NPs
• Collaborate with interventional team on acute and chronic pain management
• Perform trigger point and peripheral joint injections in-office
• W2 employment with full benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
• Board-certified in PM&R required; board-eligible or board-certified in pain medicine preferred
