Dietary Manager (Full-Time)

Responsibilities and Qualifications Manage the overall day‑to‑day operations, including hiring and supervision of staff, oversight of meal preparation, and maintenance of the dietary department budget. Experience preferred. Oversight and management of safe handling and preparation of appetizing and palatable food. Keep food service equipment clean and well‑maintained. Follow menus, recipes, and meal schedules. Ensure delivery of quality meals and exceptional customer service for a positive dining experience. Adhere to all applicable policies, procedures, and federal, state, and local standards governing long‑term care.
