Licensed Practical Nurse - Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, and Orthopedics 

Type: ongoing temp with potential to go permanent 

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30a - 4:00p OR 8:00a - 4:30p

Requirements: 

• 1 year of outpatient / ambulatory LPN experience 
• EPIC exp major Plus

Responsibilities:

• Medication Management
• Joint Injections / Kenalog injections / Lidocaine
• Pre Op teaching
• Vaccine Administration
• Rooming patients
