Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and monitoring vital signs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and treatment plans.
• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare providers to manage patient care effectively.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
• Previous clinical experience in a relevant setting is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Advanced certifications may be beneficial depending on specialty area.

Schedule

This position requires commitment to an on-call rotation and weekend duties as needed. Flexibility in scheduling is essential to meet the needs of our patients.
