The role requires regular communication with external agencies and organizations, and may involve customer interactions. You will also support the resolution of basic technical issues. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can multitask effectively, adapt to new challenges, and support cross-functional coordination with precision and attention to detail. This position will initially begin with the responsibilities of an AHJ Coordinator, managing permits, HOA approvals, utility interconnection applications, and communication with external agencies. The role is designed for someone who is interested in developing into a leadership position . Candidates who consistently demonstrate strong performance, ownership, communication, and the ability to guide others may be considered for future advancement into an AHJ Team Lead role. Key Responsibilities Manage a variety of administrative tasks, including processing documentation such as permits, HOA approvals, and interconnection applications. Maintain clear, proactive communication with external agencies and organizations. Serve as a point of contact for customer interactions, providing timely support and resolution. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving basic technical issues as needed. Qualifications Experience in customer service, administrative support, or a similar role. Experience as team lead or leadership experience Excellent written and digital communication skills. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude to build trust with sales representatives. Ability to adapt to change and learn new technologies quickly.
