Key Responsibilities Build and scale the Product Operations function, integrating AI tools to enhance operational roles Define and execute the strategic vision for product operations, focusing on product-led growth and AI adoption Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve time-to-market and feature adoption through automated coordination Required Qualifications 12+ years in product management, product operations, or related roles, with 6+ years in leadership within a B2B SaaS environment Deep expertise in B2B SaaS product operations, preferably in adtech or martech Experience implementing organization-wide process transformations in high-growth environments Strong proficiency with modern product stack and AI/automation platforms Proven track record of establishing metrics-driven cultures and operational reporting
