The Opportunity As a Personal Injury Case Manager in our Pre-Litigation Department, you will oversee cases involving wrongful death, traumatic brain injuries, catastrophic injuries, and significant orthopedic injuries. You will guide clients through the pre-litigation process, coordinate their medical treatment, and help position each case for the best recovery outcome possible. Accountable for Manage a large volume of PI pre-litigation cases. Frequently contact and communicate with clients to provide case updates and explain medical treatment. Review and analyze medical records to identify case value and determine treatment. Manage client's medical treatment including surgery, injections, and infusions, etc. Assist clients in navigating medical providers and procedures. Prepare files to submit to the demands department. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience working in Personal Injury case management. Ability to handle large volume of personal injury pre-litigation cases. Strong medical knowledge including surgeries, injections, infusions, etc. Liaison between clients and care providers. Detail-oriented professional with a positive outlook. Ability to type at least 40 wpm. Litify or Salesforce experience is a huge plus. Spanish fluency is a plus.
