Practice True Primary Care Provide full-spectrum outpatient pediatric care — well-child visits, immunizations, developmental screenings, behavioral health, and chronic condition management. Conduct age-appropriate screenings and anticipatory guidance for children from infancy through adolescence. Manage preventive care, immunizations, and chronic conditions like asthma, diabetes, and obesity. Collaborate with care coordination to close pediatric gaps in care and improve HEDIS metrics . Develop care plans for high-risk patients , working with specialists and community partners. Educate and engage families with clear, culturally sensitive communication. Document accurately and utilize clinical dashboards to track and improve outcomes. Patient population: Approximately 80% Medicaid, 10% Medicare and 10% fee‑for‑service, with a strong focus delivering high quality care to underserved and vulnerable communities. What You Bring MD or DO , Board Certified or Eligible in Pediatrics or Experience working in Paediatrics Current Florida medical license and DEA registration ; PALS certification preferred Minimum 2 years outpatient pediatric or value‑based care experience preferred Experience with Medicaid/underserved populations and pediatric HEDIS measures strongly preferred Strong interpersonal skills with a family‑centered approach Proficient in EMR/EHR systems Bilingual abilities a plus Ready to Join a Team That Values You and the Communities You Serve?
