Implementation/Project Manager

Accentuate Staffing has partnered with a growing software company that provides technology used to manage and monitor critical infrastructure assets. They are looking to add an Implementation Project Manager who will guide customers through onboarding and help ensure successful adoption of the platform. This is a remote position with occasional travel to client offices.

This role is a mix of project management and client interaction. You will manage software implementations, working directly with customer teams to understand their workflows, coordinate data onboarding, and guide them through go-live. The right person will bring strong project management fundamentals, be comfortable working with technical teams, and enjoy working closely with customers to keep projects moving forward.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full implementation lifecycle from kickoff through go-live, ensuring projects stay organized and on schedule.
• Lead regular client meetings, provide status updates, and act as the primary point of contact throughout the onboarding process.
• Coordinate with internal product, engineering, and data teams to support data migrations, integrations, and configuration tasks.
• Help customers understand how to use the platform effectively and provide guidance on best practices during implementation.
• Deliver user training sessions and support adoption across customer organizations.
• Manage multiple implementations simultaneously while identifying risks, resolving issues, and keeping projects moving forward.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of project management experience within SaaS implementations, professional services, or customer onboarding environments.
• Experience working directly with customers and coordinating internal technical teams.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several projects at once.
• Comfortable discussing technical topics such as integrations, data migration, or APIs (hands-on development experience is not required).
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, monday.com, or similar.
• PMP/CAPM certification, SQL exposure, GIS familiarity, or experience with data-heavy software platforms is a plus.
