Project Manager

Job Description As a Project Manager, you will oversee the performance of all trade contractors in conjunction with the Field Superintendent. Main Responsibilities Manage project costs and provide monthly project updates Manage project cost changes and related project budgets Review architectural and engineering drawings to ensure that all specifications and regulations are followed Manage day to day client interactions and expectations Manage quality assurance/quality control program Understand and enforce contract and subcontract agreements, including contract negotiations and change orders Requirements Mimimum 2 years of experience functioning as a Project Manager Strong attention to detail Ability to identify and ensure project safety Multi-tasking Ability to meet owners' needs Excellent verbal and witten communication skills Healthcare construction experience preferred Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision Company Vehicle or Car Allowance Paid Holiday Vacations Personal Advancement Retirement & 401K #J-18808-Ljbffr NCW
