REVENUE AUDIT CLERK I

SUMMARY

Responsible for accurately recording audits daily totals in a timely manner, thereby ensuring smooth and efficient operations in Accounting Department.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for consolidating shift reports for all areas of casino operation.
2. Responsible for management of daily Slot, Table Games, Food & Beverage, Hotel and all other audits.
3. Responsible for challenging integrity of audit detail and end product to ensure compliance, accuracy and effectiveness.
4. Preparing audit and distributing win reports.
5. Verifying soft count deposits.

1. All other duties as assigned.

REPORTING LINE

You will report directly to the Director of Finance and then to the VP/GM.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Must have excellent communication skills in both verbal and written, be polite, and present a neat appearance at all times.
• The ability to work with others as a team in an efficient manner.
• Working knowledge of computers and MS Office.
• Must have good organizational skills and have great attention to detail.
• The ability to work in a fast -paced environment and stressful situations
• You will need to be available to work all shifts and holidays.
• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You must be able to obtain and maintain a Level 2 Table Game License through the WV Lottery.
• You also must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain and maintain a WV Racing License.

EDUCATIONAL AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

You will need to be able to stand/sit/walk for prolonged periods of time.


WORK ENVIRONMENT

Will be exposed to working in a noisy, smoke/secondary smoke environment.
