Lead or participate in interdisciplinary rounds while collaborating with Emergency and Neurology team on shared patient care. Perform advanced therapies utilizing mechanical ventilation, high-flow oxygen therapy, telemetry, oxygen kennels, and other critical care technologies available within the hospital. Support the continued development and growth of critical care services while helping advance patient care protocols and best practices. Partner with a rapidly expanding specialty team, including newly added Neurology services, to help strengthen advanced patient care offerings throughout the hospital. Engage in continuing education, mentorship, and leadership development opportunities designed to support long-term career growth. Collaborate closely with specialty and emergency teams to ensure exceptional case management and patient outcomes. Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support teams to provide seamless, compassionate patient care. Communicate clearly and empathetically with pet owners during stressful and emotional situations. Contribute to a positive, team-focused hospital culture built on collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning. What You Bring DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with eligibility for Colorado veterinary licensure. Board Certification in Emergency & Critical Care (DACVECC) or Residency Trained in Emergency & Critical Care. Strong communication skills with a compassionate, client-centered approach.
