Corrections Training & Development Specialist

The Louisiana Department of Public Safety & Corrections - Corrections Services in Baton Rouge seeks a Training & Development Specialist to plan, deliver, and evaluate probation and parole training programs across the division. You will manage catalogs, bookings, and course development, ensuring compliance and statewide consistency. You will develop guides, coordinate orientations, and train new coordinators while auditing processes and maintaining the LEO/LSO training system. #J-18808-Ljbffr
