Key Responsibilities Offer exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Respond to inquiries regarding products and services with accuracy and professionalism. Efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure maximum satisfaction. Document each customer interaction thoroughly for quality assurance. Collaborate with internal teams to provide effective solutions and enhance service delivery. Stay updated on our products, services, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Proven experience in customer support or service roles is preferred. Excellent communication skills with a focus on building positive customer relationships. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service. Experience with CRM systems and customer support software is beneficial. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
