Admissions Associate Full Time All candidates for employment must be Christ-followers and actively involved in a church. They will also be required to pass a background check and drug test upon application. Spiritually Be a Christ-follower. Motivate students to accept God’s gift of salvation, and be a Christian witness and role model to them in order to help them grow in their faith. Ensure that the classroom work environment is Christian-based, nurturing, wholesome and loving. Carry out Christ-centered counseling with students, parents, and staff. Actively involved in a church. Summary The primary responsibilities of the Foundation Academy Admission Associate are: facilitating and expediting the admission process for the respective campus within the Office of Admission; community outreach and admission marketing. The Admission Associate is a professional public relations and administrative position that will provide expertise to the Director of Admission and FA community in the areas of information dissemination; admission/enrollment process facilitation; marketing and outreach to, and collaboration with internal and external constituencies; and the implementation of public relations and admission events for the respective campus. The Admission Associate is a full-time salaried position, reports to the Director of Admissions, and contributes to the enrollment health of Foundation Academy by way of the duties outlined below. Qualifications / Skills / Gifts Bachelor’s Degree Positive and vibrant presence in the Office of Admission. Demonstrated advanced computer skills, knowledge of all MS Office and Google applications, Canva, e-communications, social media, and data management systems (FACTS SIS, Hubspot, SalesMessage). Excellent written and oral communications. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Superb attention to detail, timely response, and quality control. Experience working in a high volume, high energy, team-oriented work environment. Responsibilities Perform primary point-of-contact duties for the Office of Admission. Provide Academy and admission information to prospective FA families and other prospective community partners. Conduct school day tours of the Tilden Campus to prospective families and be a backup for giving tours to the Plant and Lakeside Campuses. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners, and facilitate the distribution of admission materials and updates (electronic, written and verbal) to all. Collaborate with campus peers to provide / receive up-to-date public relations and outreach effort information. Facilitate FA Admission outreach events including: Open Houses, information sessions (VIP tours), target-area events, sponsored events and others as developed. Work directly with the Director of Admission on assigned PR, marketing, and community outreach projects. Answer inquiry calls on a backup basis for the inquiry coordinator during breaks, lunch and/or their days off. Responsibilities of Designated School Official Update and maintain Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS) according to Department of Homeland Security regulations. Assist with all necessary international student processes including, but not limited to, application process, I-20 creation and maintenance and support of SEVP requirements while enrolled at FA. Administrative Responsibilities Maintain an on-campus office presence for the purposes of community relations, campus visitors, service to admission candidates, and assistance to Admission teammates. Provide a positive, professional and timely response to admission inquiries, updates to candidate progress, and assistance with subsequent enrollment / re-enrollment steps. Maintain and update Admission database until all Inquiries have either progressed to enrollment or can be closed out. Assist in the creation of admission and enrollment reports, mailings, and other data-driven projects. Distribute admission/enrollment materials to new families.
