Oral Surgery Coordinator (Bilingual)

Bilingual Oral Surgery Coordinator Reports to: Oral Surgery Manager Key Partnerships: Operations, Clinical, Support Center Department: Oral Surgery Salary: $16/hr Classification: Non-Except Status: Full-Time About this role: An Oral Surgery Coordinator gathers and accurately records oral surgery, medical and insurance information from patients. They will be responsible for coordinating and managing the Oral Surgeon Board. The Coordinator will guide the patient through the new patient process, starting from the time of making the appointment until they arrive for their appointment. Will be responsible to ensure that the patient/parent are informed of all aspects of treatment such as insurance, cost and expectations. Most importantly, they will ensure that the patient's needs, wants and concerns are addressed prior to starting.
