Certified Nursing Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Jonas Ridge Assisted Living, a 57-bed assisted living community located in Jonas Ridge, North Carolina. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being. Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, engaging in recreational activities and conversation

• Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and mental condition to the nursing team

• Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding and feeding assistance

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, adhering to infection control protocols

• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans
