What You Bring to the Table As a Lead HVAC Technician, you oversee our HVAC operations and lead the team in the field. You manage a mix of service technicians at all experience levels, conduct daily check‑ins, reinforce company processes, and maximize training opportunities. You also work alongside your team, using your expertise to troubleshoot and service residential and light commercial systems. You maintain clear communication with customers, workers, and owners to ensure quality service. Qualifications Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. EPA Certified with 5–7 years of HVAC experience and a strong performance record. Strong problem‑solving skills for troubleshooting, repairing, servicing, and installing HVAC systems. Experience managing technicians or employees to work efficiently. Pride in work quality over speed. Friendly, strong communication skills; able to connect quickly with customers and secure 5‑star reviews. Trustworthy and reliable—trusted by homeowners. Ambitious and eager for rapid career growth.
