Korean Women's Association (KWA) is seeking an experienced Director of Housing & Real Estate to lead our affordable housing, real estate development, and asset management portfolio. This senior leadership role oversees LIHTC properties, HUD Section 202 housing, HOME and CDBG-funded housing, and commercial real estate operations. Experience throughout the development lifecycle, including financing and stabilization.This position serves as the KWA Representative, responsible for portfolio performance, compliance, capital improvements, and affordable housing development. Leadership of rehabilitation, property management company and capital improvement projects.This is a full-time position, in office, M-F, 8:30AM - 5PM. Salary range $90,000 - $110,000 per year.
