PYATOK is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Position Summary: PYATOK is seeking an individual to assist in a variety of tasks within the Communications Department. The position will provide support for the Marketing + Communications Manager, Marketing Principal, and project managers on a variety of communications and graphic design projects, celebrating and supporting our work and accomplishments in multifamily / affordable housing and community-serving facilities. Anticipated salary range: $70,000 - $85,000 per year, dependent on experience. This is a full-time position. Responsibilities include: Administrative and design tasks include: Production and maintenance of resumes, project sheets, brochures, presentation drawings, renderings, and other relevant graphics; Production of responses to proposals, qualification packages, interview materials, and awards efforts; Maintenance of marketing CRM (Cosential), including contacts, companies, opportunities, and projects; Assistance with event calendar, tracking of donations and sponsorships; Updates to website and social media channels; Support for project photography, on-site and in post-production; Support of community engagement events and resources; Proofreading and editing of English language content; Work within existing office branding system; Support refinement of graphics standards, templates, and practices, including office-wide skill-building; Supporting of research related reports, publications, and tools. Qualifications: Qualifications and experience needed: BA or four-year college degree with at least two years of professional experience in graphics production; Adept at Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat), Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Google (docs, sheets, and slides); Experience with REVIT, Bluebeam, Lumion and/or Enscape, and Mailchimp (or other similar softwares) a plus; An ideal candidate brings a proactive collaborative energy, handling multiple deadlines well, willing to work with shifting priorities, embraces a spirit of curiosity/learning/growth and resourceful problem solving, and can work independently; Displays excellent organizational and communication skills, with a keen graphic eye and meticulous attention to detail. #J-18808-Ljbffr
