The Billing Administrator provides billing administration and solutions to client group customers across markets, products, and customer billing arrangements. This role supports fee administration, billing processing, invoice coordination, and trust accounting activities while maintaining accurate fee terms and ensuring invoices are properly coded, approved, and routed for payment.

 

Responsibilities

• Maintain fee terms in Excel and billing systems.
• Administer fee billing products and processes.
• Process incoming work received through various channels.
• Code IT-related invoices to the appropriate general ledger accounts.
• Code IT capital expenditure invoices to the corresponding CRF project number.
• Distribute invoices to appropriate approvers and coordinate their return to Accounts Payable for payment processing.
• Compare invoices with work orders in SharePoint.
• Open and close fee terms in the Trust Accounting System.
• Calculate initial and final fees manually when required.

 

Required Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in billing administration.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with billing systems.
• Microsoft Excel experience.
• Experience with invoice processing and Accounts Payable.
• Experience with trust accounting systems.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Process coordination skills.

 

Pay will be discussed with the client depending on experience.
