PEST CONTROL NIGHT ROUTE SUPERVISOR ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
Each night looks different, but you can expect to:
- Lead the way on sensitive accounts like hospitals, healthcare facilities, hotels, and food production plants
- Ensure compliance with strict food safety and healthcare standards
- Oversee operations, resolve problems on the fly, and keep clients confident in our services
- Provide clear reporting and communication to the day team
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE OUR PEST CONTROL NIGHT SUPERVISOR:
- 3+ years of commercial pest control experience
- Must have or be willing to obtain an AIB certification
- Active Branch 2 Field Representative License
- Strong rodent control background
- AIB Certification
- 5 years of clean driving history
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism with clients
