Apply today to become part of the Universal team!The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for the following:Review, process and track sign-on and referral bonuses for driver and dock positions.Prepare weekly driver and dockworker staffing reports, including the critical openings report, recruiting productivity report, and outgoing contacts report.Market research for potential new business or challenging locations including rate studiesConduct Exit Interviews with outgoing employees, and track results using online survey tools and reporting results to senior managementPrepare and send out daily start list for new drivers, dock and mechanicsCompile monthly turnover reportsProviding administrative support as needed to recruitment department leadership teamIdeal Candidates: what "U" bring to the table!Strong communication and time management skillsMS Office experience including proficient use of Word & ExcelAbility to multi-task and stay organizedA sense of urgency, motivation, and gritCustomer service, sales, recruiting, or transportation/logistics experience is a plusHigh school diploma is required; post-secondary education is preferred.This position is full time/ onsite Monday-Friday 45 hours a week in Warren, MIWe offer benefits including- medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off!
