The Toddler Teacher supports children ages 12–24 months in a co-teaching classroom environment. This role guides daily activities through a structured early learning curriculum, promotes healthy child development, maintains a safe and engaging classroom, and provides families with daily updates on their child’s experiences and progress.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver activities aligned with a structured early learning curriculum.
• Manage the classroom environment and support positive routines and behaviors.
• Supervise children ages 12–24 months and ensure their safety and well-being.
• Observe and assess learning, development, and individual needs.
• Communicate with parents and provide daily updates.
• Support toddler development through age-appropriate learning experiences.
• Maintain accurate classroom and child development documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with the co-teaching team.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in toddler education.
• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Knowledge of Early Childhood Education and toddler development.
• Experience with curriculum planning and parent communication.
• Strong teamwork skills.
