Significance Inc. is seeking an Project Analyst/DTS Specialist to support an upcoming federal program (contingent upon award). This role will be onsite at COMNAVSURFPAC Travel Office, Code N00F2D, 3085 Dolphin Alley, Bldg. 265, Naval Base San Diego, and requires an active Secret Clearance.

Position Overview

The Project Analyst/DTS Specialist will perform Lead Analyst functions in support of the Commander, Naval Surface Forces, U.S. Pacific Fleet (COMNAVSURFPAC) Travel Program.

The Lead Analyst shall be responsible for the performance of the work and shall have full authority to act for the contractor on all contract matters relating to the daily operation of the contract.

The Lead Analyst shall be available between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays or when the Government facility is closed for administrative reasons, as well as provide basic after-hours travel support for bona fide emergency requirements.

Required Skills:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree : Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, Management Information Systems

Experience:

Minimum three (3) years' experience in travel management, data analysis, or a similar role are beneficial.

Must Have:

• Strong analytical skills
• Problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the travel industry and market trends is a plus
• Active Secret Clearance

At Significance, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.

The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply.
