Fireside Tax is looking for an experienced accountant who is familiar with income taxes for individuals and small businesses as well as bookkeeping for small businesses. We are a small firm that has a lifetime average growth rate of 20% a year. At present we have 15 employees. We handle about 2.5% of the returns in Stark County. We are a Christian business with a relaxed family atmosphere. This position is replacing a partner so starting pay is $18 plus 10% commission. Our average return is $245 and are scheduled for an hour.  The position is full time with benefits including health, vision, dental and 25k life insurance. We also have a Simple IRA with a 3% match. Candidate must have at least an Associates Degree in accounting along with experience with taxes and bookkeeping.
