Join our dedicated team as a Client Service Representative (CSR), where your communication skills, organization, and enthusiasm will make a lasting difference for pets and their families. We're looking for someone with heart, professionalism, and a drive to shine in a role where you can truly impact the client experience.
Schedule
Weekly rotation: 8am-6pm
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday
What You'll Do
- Be the first point of contact for clients, welcoming them in-person, over the phone, and via email, with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule appointments, surgeries, dental procedures, and follow-ups, ensuring smooth workflow for veterinarians and staff
- Educate clients on preventive care, treatment plans, and hospital services while maintaining accurate client and patient records
- Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and in-hospital care updates, ensuring seamless communication between clients and clinical staff
- Support billing, invoicing, and payment processing while answering client questions about services and fees
- Collaborate with veterinarians, RVTs, and assistants to ensure a positive, efficient, and organized clinic environment
