This position maintains compliance with relevant contract policies and procedures and provides direct support to the company's acquisition and development team and business units.Real Estate Matters:Responsibility for managing and overseeing certain aspects of the company's real estate activities/development, operations, and transactions. This includes leading the negotiation and drafting of various legal documents and agreements, including those pertaining to real estate purchase/sale agreements, financing, leasing, tax incentives, title review and insurance, zoning and land use, easements and restrictive covenants, and management of multiple deals and deal flow.
