Senior Tax Associate

Learn more about who we are and what we're building: In this role, you will: Prepare and review individual, partnership, S corporation, and corporate tax returns. Assist with tax planning, research, and client advisory projects. Manage multiple tax engagements while meeting deadlines and quality standards. Communicate directly with clients to gather information, answer questions, and provide updates. Research federal and state tax issues and summarize findings for managers and partners. Support the development of junior team members through guidance and review. Identify opportunities to improve client service and support broader engagement needs. Collaborate with managers, partners, and other team members throughout the tax process. What We're Looking For: 3+ years of public accounting tax experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or EA designation preferred, or actively pursuing. Experience preparing and reviewing individual and business tax returns. Strong understanding of federal and state tax regulations. Strong communication, organizational, and client service skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines during busy periods. Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
