Lead Test and Balance Technician, HVAC

Job Description The Lead Test and Balance Technician oversees the testing, adjusting, and balancing of HVAC systems to ensure optimal airflow, system performance, and compliance with engineering specifications. This role conducts detailed measurements, diagnoses system issues, and documents all findings while leading and mentoring junior technicians in proper T&B procedures. The Lead Technician partners with project managers, engineers, and clients to verify system functionality, resolve discrepancies, and ensure that all work meets industry standards, safety requirements, and project deadlines. Pay Wages based on skill set: Mid-Level: $35.00 - $37.00, Senior Level: $40.00 - $45.00. The pay listed is the salary range for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. Benefits WE OFFER A $5000 sign-on bonus!!
