Key Responsibilities: Plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns Manage budgets across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other channels Monitor ROAS, CAC, MER, conversion rates, and lead quality Build audience strategies and remarketing funnels Coordinate ad creative development with internal and external teams Develop and test: Video ads Lifestyle creative UGC-style content Promotional campaigns Seasonal messaging Continuously test offers, headlines, and landing pages Build weekly and monthly performance reports Analyze campaign performance and identify growth opportunities Improve attribution and conversion tracking Monitor customer acquisition economics and profitability Improve lead quality for dealer sales teams Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels Work closely with sales leadership to improve marketing-to-sales conversion Identify new advertising opportunities and channels Stay current on platform changes, AI tools, creative trends, and digital best practices Help strengthen brand positioning against lower-cost competitors Qualifications: Education & Experience: Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager Google Ads and Analytics Conversion tracking Retargeting Strong understanding of Ecommerce and lead generation Marketing Personal & Professional Attributes: Detail-oriented and results-driven with a proactive mindset.
