Accountabilities:

The Client Support Specialist will be responsible for delivering high-quality support experiences, resolving user issues efficiently, and helping improve operational processes across the platform. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with multiple internal teams to ensure customer success.

• Serve as a primary contact for customer inquiries through support channels including email, live chat, and phone support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve first-line issues raised by veterinary professionals and healthcare organizations, providing accurate and helpful solutions.
• Coordinate escalated cases with relevant business teams and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
• Support operational processes related to shift coverage, cancellations, and urgent customer requests.
• Document recurring issues, identify trends, and share insights to improve workflows and customer experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support tickets within customer relationship management tools.
• Collaborate with finance, data, and other departments on reconciliation processes, reporting, and operational improvements.
• Assist with onboarding and training initiatives by providing quality feedback and sharing best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance communication, processes, and service delivery.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has experience in customer support, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to solving problems in a dynamic environment. Experience in healthcare, veterinary services, or technology platforms is a plus.

• 2+ years of experience in client or customer support, preferably within a startup or fast-paced technology environment.
• Experience in veterinary, healthcare, or animal services industries is a strong advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide clear and empathetic support.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to accuracy and follow-through.
• Familiarity with customer support platforms, ticketing systems, and communication tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and handle changing operational needs.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on improving processes and customer experiences.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
• Availability to work within customer support hours, including possible early mornings, evenings, and weekend rotations.
