Marketing Analytics Analyst

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Marketing Analytics Analyst in Saint Louis, MO. Summary: Our client is seeking a Lead Market Research Analyst to lead customer research and Voice of Customer initiatives. This role transforms customer feedback, operational data, and market intelligence into actionable insights that support business decisions and customer experience improvements. The position serves as a strategic advisor to leadership and helps shape customer insights strategy, research standards, and analytical capabilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead qualitative and quantitative research programs
- Develop customer insights and Voice of Customer strategies
- Establish research governance, standards, and portfolio priorities
- Integrate customer feedback, operational metrics, and market data
- Deliver strategic recommendations and executive level presentations
- Partner with stakeholders to drive action plans and business outcomes
- Manage research vendors, methodologies, and program quality
- Lead analytics initiatives to solve complex business challenges
- Coach and mentor analysts across the team
- BS in Business, Marketing, Marketing Research, or a related field
- Master's degree preferred and may substitute for two years of experience
- 7+ years of experience in market research, customer insights, Voice of Customer programs, or qualitative and quantitative research
- 3+ years of Voice of Customer program experience preferred
